- Where is C-Sweets located? We are based in St. Petersburg, Florida.
- Do you accept credit cards? Yes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
- I'd like to be a C-Sweets partner. How can I make that happen? Shoot us an email at csweets727@gmail.com and let's chat! We love to work with Tampa Bay area business owners.
- Will I know what products will be included in the box? - No. The products we send on your behalf is based on availability. We are building a robust vendor list and will ensure the same gift is not sent to the same person
- Will you send gifts outside of the Tampa Bay area? Yes, however, the products will be from Tampa Bay area businesses. We hope to open C-Sweets in other regions of the country soon.
- How long does it take to ship? - Most gift boxes arrive within 4-6 days of payment. We strive to ship gift boxes the same day you order.
- Can I include any marketing material in the gift box? - We're happy to include any marketing material you'd like to add to your gift box to your clients or referral sources. Let us know and we'll work with you!
